SetSail Pass

Recommended Posts

When I printed our SetSail Passes, my husband's just shows his name and space for his signature whereas mine shows my name and space for my signature PLUS details of the credit card we registered earlier and space for signature. However, the credit card is in my husband's name so should I only sign the first part and my husband the credit card part? Surely I don't sign the credit card part when the card is in my husband's name.

Advice would be much appreciated.

This is something you can fix at check-in. However, if you want to fix it before check-in, you must modify the online check-in and remove the credit card info from your check-in and add it to your husband's portion.

I'm sorry, I'm not able to give click-by-click instructions at this point. Just go into the online check in and remove the credit card info from your name and add it to your husband's name. It should be fairly intuitive.

Really, this is not a problem. You can always call and have it corrected if you can not do it on line. But, when you arrive at the port you will have to present the credit card, which they will 'swipe'. As long as your passport and official documents are in order, there will be no problem. I hope you enjoy your cruise!
