Insignia will debut May 8, 2014 in Barcelona, its first sailing for Oceania after a two-year charter. Looks like mostly new carpets and upholstery in brighter colors with some new chairs and art work in public spaces. No photos of redecorated Owners and Vista suites or of their new bathrooms.
