Maybe the individual tour code..not sure what letters you are referring to.

 

Our cruise code in June is WLPJ, this is Grand France , Cote D'Azur to Paris, then Paris to Normandy and back to Paris, Jazz themed cruise.

Yes will definitely report back, hopefully will be able to post during the cruise, depending on wifi.

 

Not long now and really looking forward to it, yes they do fill quickly, we booked in March 2013 and we only had a choice of 2 staterooms.

Our TA refers to those letters in his quotes to make sure that he is discussing the same tour that we are. Avalon offers extensions on some of their cruises and those letters again make sure we are discussing the same cruise.

 

Just think of it as an identifying short-hand label.

The letters identify the cruise. There will also be a date associated with the cruise identifiers.
