security in Labadee cabanas

We were thinking of renting a cabana on Labadee. Is there anyplace inside cabanas to secure valuables while we are swimming.

There is no place to put your valuable in the cabana, but I take my beach safe with me whenever I plan on going to the beach. You can attach it to a chair or anything that the cable will go around and then lock it with your combination.

We ordered and received a KYSS lockable beach bag, that can attach to a chair.

It was back-ordered and took about 4 weeks to come in.

It has a pre-set lock with our combination number:rolleyes:

Love-it, love-it, love-it,

Someone somewhere here on cruise critic recommended it, and we got it.

Also.

My DH keeps our sea passes and money in his water wallet sealed and pinned in his swim short pocket....we found this in the camping section at Dicks.

But, even when we left our flip flops, towels, lotions, disposable water camera, sunglasses on a beach chair at Labadee we had no problem with things going missing.

Now that we have a "real" water camera, we will lock it up when we do not carry.

No one wants your flip-flops, tee shirt or shorts! Or, your towels or paperbacks! Your stuff will be fine inside the cabana....you won't be THAT far away... We don't bring anything of any real value to a beach...but if you do, put it out of sight if you're not there with it.

Where did you get this? This looks like it holds a lot more than the flat square ones.
