For walking around and lunch, we like Cozumel. We always go to Pancho's Backyard. There is a Pancho's on the pier, not that one. The better one is down by DI, inside Los Cinco Soles. Los Cinco Soles is a wonderful shop, beautiful items, cigars, tequila tasting.

Grand Cayman has nice beach.

 

I don't leave the ship in Montego Bay.

I'd rate the Grand Turk beach as nothing special, but it is convenient. I also don't get off the ship anywhere in Jamaica.

Given the ports listed (none of which are really outstanding for activities listed), I would suggest snorkeling in Cozumel and beach at Grand Cayman. You surely do not want to just walk around in Jamaica - better to enjoy the ship with somewhat fewer passengers on board.
