they have only 1 elevator access and are spa cabins. Small balconies and are near the Crows nest. I would book a balcony cabin on deck 7 for no noise and large balcony.We had one a few years ago and were lucky enough to get a different one on a better deck the next week.

Yes...........I did check Halfacts..........not there.

 

This state room is a Neptune suite. Everything I read states room is huge and well done but small balcony.

 

I don't want it but if I get an SC..... I can't pick the cabin and I know they could possible put me here. That is why I would like to see a picture.

Here is a picture of the window and small balcony. Only a small area of glass to see through on the balcony due to forward facing. I'm betting VERY windy at sea.

The cabins that OP is asking about are on the Panorama Deck on the Nieuw Amsterdam -- below the Crow's Nest.
