What are the chances of getting an upgrade or the difference back? Is it usual or not after final payment? You cannot get the difference back, but you can change to an upgrade for the same price or more. Check out what's available on RCCL's web site so you can tell your TA what cabin you want. You will not get any price adjustment. The reply from the CS Dept. will be they cannot help you since you have booked with a TA and direct you to contact the TA to handle your request.
