Anyone stayed on Navigator of the seas deck 2

Recommended Posts

We are booked in 2 connecting rooms on deck 2 of Navigator of the Seas - ocean view rooms, under the dining room. Very nervous about noise. However, was difficult to find two rooms connecting that would hold 5. Was hoping to be able to upgrade to a balcony, but the prices are going up not down AND there aren't any connecting ones left that will hold 5. Couldn't afford the $12,000 for a family suite. (of course those are gone now anyway) Not looking forward to this cruise at all after reading reviews of this deck plus all past issues with the company.

Anyway . . . anyone stayed on deck 2? How was the noise?

There are some non-connecting balcony rooms that are next to each other. However, they are near elevators and stairs. Which would be worse? Being on deck 2 or being next to stairs/elevators?

Staterooms are separated from the stairs/elevators by walls. We have stayed near the stair/elevator lobbies many times without noise problems.

Being close to the restaurant is better than being close to the theatre or close to stairs and elevator. Connecting stateroom is a better option than two staterooms next to each other.

Enjoy your cruise.
