Photo Prices

We will be sailing on Princess for the first time in a few weeks. Can anyone let me know what approximate photo prices are please? Thanks! :)

To be clear, that is $19.99 for an 8 x 10 portrait....I have begged princess via surveys etc to offer a 5 x7 for $9.99 and i would buy TWO but no, they insist on the too big -size of 8x 10 so i buy none....

I knew that it was $19.99 but for the sake of simplicity rounded it off to $20 figuring the extra penny wouldn't affect anyone's decision & the last time I purchased a posed portrait it was $24.99. And like you we rarely purchase photos & don't take any photos to reduce waste.

I recall when 5X7 photos used to be about $5 and then $7. I used to buy several photos on each cruise. Now, I buy none.

And, besides, the pictures that we used to boy were of a much better quality. The new ones show lots of wrinkles.;)

Regardless of the price, we usually buy any where from 2 to 5 pictures depending on the cruise and the length.:D Since we are late cruisers and by that, I mean we didn't start until 2007, we figure that if you want it, "Buy It!" Wrinkles included! :eek: Compared to the price of the suites, what's the difference! :p

A while ago there was a ship's photog who softened the focus to get rid of the wrinkles. Perhaps today's photographer's rely too much on autofocus.

What used to be 8x10 has shrunk to 6x8 for a number of the non-formal pictures with no reduction in price.
