2015 Rates for Hyatt Place in Ft. Lauderdale

I see that value trips dot com now has it's 2015 rates listed for Hyatt Place.

 

Not as low as last year but still lower than what I can find elsewhere.

Nothing is as low as last year! But valuetrips is the place to go for that hotel, for sure!

I made a reservation through the hotel before learning of value trips. Do you think I can try value trips and cancel the reservation with the hotel if value trips comes through. Or will there be a red flag and I cannot temporarily hold 2 reservations?

Is your hotel res cancellable? If so, I'd go ahead and book a room with valuetrips.

I would suggest making 2 different reservations then with 3 on one and then a single room on the other. That way you would have no issues canceling.

That's too bad because the rates are good for the area and Hyatt Place in particular.

 

The website lists other blacked out times:

Check it out yourself. Lots of cruisers use it for the Ft L location. But as noted, on weekends in prime time, rooms often aren't available.

Your value trips reservation should get the same amenities as booking directly with Hyatt Place. If you're concerned, you can book your room then in a couple days call Hyatt Place to confirm both your reservation and your amenities.

 

If you don't like what you hear, Valuetrip reservations can be cancelled at no cost up until the cutoff date for the Hyatt Place.
