The Sanctuary Pool is only for those who have paid to use the Sanctuary. The Lotus Pool is open to everyone.

When we were on the Island Princess, which has the same design, the Lotus Pool was for adults only. The Lido Pool was for families/children.

I have often thought since they converted the aft pools on the Island and Coral, wouldn't it be nice once the Sanctuary closes at 5PM they open up these pools to all passengers while the ship is in tropical waters. Just a thought.
