Driftwoodgal Posted August 31, 2014 #6 Share Posted August 31, 2014 Our expierence on all of our ships including the Allure the 1 PM time applies. Not sure how the cabin attendants get them turned around like they do. Have watched them on our Back to Back and it is a wonder. Have a great cruise. sauvichick Posted August 31, 2014 #7 Share Posted August 31, 2014 We were in a GS on the Allure and the 1pm rule applied. We tried to get in before and the doors to the cabins were closed. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Forums mobile app
leaveitallbehind Posted August 31, 2014 #8 Share Posted August 31, 2014 (edited) The "standard" time for stateroom occupancy with RCI for all ships - at least US based - for staterooms and suites is 1:00 PM, and in our experience that has been accurate. As to boarding times, typically they start boarding all ships between 11:00 - 11:30 AM. You can certainly board then and spend the time until the staterooms are available confirming your dining table or MTD times, having lunch, and exploring the ship. CyberTag Posted August 31, 2014 #9 Share Posted August 31, 2014 We were on the Allure in June, and were able to board the ship at noon. However, our balcony stateroom was not available until after 1.
