We have only been on one other cruise before and it was carnival and for that we were charged something like $96 ahead of time to cover tips so are the tips already covered for this one in the price?

No auto grat on spa unless something has recently changed. IMHO, 15% is too low for hands on spa treatments.

Personally I think 20% would be more appropriate. But 18% is better than nothing.

Obviously, although after you've spent four hours getting wonderfully relaxing spa treatments, the last thing you want to do is math to figure out how much more to add.

Maybe they keep it low so you do add extra!
