skrufy Posted September 20, 2014 #2 Share Posted September 20, 2014 Either way you are taking a chance. If its found in your carry on it will be taken and returned at cruise end. If its found in your checked luggage, you will be summoned to the bad boys room. It also will be taken and returned at the end of your cruise. But the bottle through the bon voyage and it will be waiting in her room

eandj Posted September 20, 2014 #4 Share Posted September 20, 2014 The cruise lines kind of vary in how diligent they are in policy enforcement. Personally if this is hard liquor and you don't want to lose it...I wouldn't chance the smuggling routine.Chances are good that your checked bag will be scanned and you'll lose it. And dont even bother with the carryon. Can't complain as you agree to the policies when you book. Read you cruise line docs for consequences. royalcruz Posted September 20, 2014 #5 Share Posted September 20, 2014 If it's the Elvis wine, it's no problem bringing on 2 bottles of wine per stateroom on RC.
