If your Agent purchased the Onboard Credit from Oceania, then you may use it in the Casino, if the Onboard Credit came about as a promotion from the Cruise Line, then you may not.

I got $500 from my TA and $100 from Oceania and I have an inside cabin. :D I'm gonna use some for the drink package once I board and my DW gets the rest for jewelry. lol
