Best Poolside Drink?

I am a fan of the "Perfect Manhattan," but this trip I am looking to try something tropical to drink poolside that is not too sweet. Been browsing the drink menu - so many choices.

What you recommend as a favorite to indulge poolside?

You might like to try a Weng Weng (wang wang). You won't find it on any bar menu, but if you ask, all bar staff will know what you are ordering.

HAL makes the very best mojito - anywhere!

I would not recommend the Wang Wang. HAL makes a nice margarita with a little blue curacao in it. Taste like a lime Margarita but is a pretty blue. Certainly is not sweet. Check out their daily drink special. I don't recall any of them being sweet. Enjoy your cruise.:)

The mojito and margarita sound really refreshing. I see that they have glassware that you can purchase. Has anyone done this and drink out of these from home and think they are still on the "DAM" ship.

The frozen mango daiquiri is the perfect drink on a hot sunny day out by the pool. So refreshing and tasty. The mango really seems to satisfy the thirst while the rum satisfies other things.

Just give us a Grey Goose on the rocks and we are happy.

I vote for their Blue Coco Mojito, it's very refreshing on a sunny day, minty not sweet.

Ingredients:

2 Lime wedges

1 large handful of fresh mint using healthy top sprigs and separated mint leaves

1.5 oz Coconut rum

0.5 oz Blue Curacao

1.5 oz House-made sour

1.5 oz Soda

Hal can ruin a good margarita because Hdqs. dictates they use some soda water. :confused:I always ask that they omit the soda water and than it resembles a decent drink.
