Sold out on Interior, Suite and Mini Suite 20 days

I booked an Interior TBA and that category, along with the Mini Suite and Suites are sold out. Not many balconies left either. What happens in that case?

You are guaranteed an inside cabin, or better. That's what you'll get.

Everyone is hoping for better. The odds are you will get an inside cabin. A few folks with inside guarantees may get upgraded to obstructed view cabins. A few in ocean view cabins may get bumped up to balcony cabins. Moving from an inside to a balcony is very very rare. But just because categories of cabins are not showing up doesn't mean that they have all been assigned.

Back in July we and another couple of friends each booked inside guarantee. No assignment until four days before sailing. Our friends got an ocean view and we got a balcony.

So, it can happen that you will get a nice upgrade, just don't expect it and you won't be disappointed.

Most upgrades are to a higher category of the same type cabin

Hoping is one thing. What you'll probably actually end up getting may not be what you're hoping for .... ;)

All categories about sold out. Cruise not till January . Have had TBA before and always happy with cabin assignment. This is the first one where the ship has been completely sold out.

The fact that it is sold out, does not mean that all cabins have been assigned. They may have enough unassigned cabins to handle all the guarantees. However, they may have to switch some people around. They may be offering upsells to some passengers.
