Live Chat on RCI Website

Is it just me going crazy but didn't RCI have a live chat feature that allowed you to talk to a rep. You couldn't do bookings or anything but you could get basic questions answered.

 

I am looking all over the site for it but it is nowhere to be found.

 

Anyone used this before and knows what happened to it?

Lots of companies have that feature.

Haven't seen it in a while but you are right, it used to be there.

Not only did it used to be there, but people could save a transcript of the session. This gave them a written record of whevever the CSR said. Oh, now I know why it's gone.:rolleyes:

I imagine that caused them quite a few problems.:eek:
