Mudslides.

Pizzas.

Shady tables while hubby swims.

Cleanest bathrooms on 7MB, at least on non-cruise ship days.

No kids in pool. :D

Large, easy to access parking lot (we drive there)

Our favorite place to go on Seven Mile Beach.

Would this be a good place to take a toddler? I like the idea of a private cabana, but don't want to go to a place where people go to get away from kids.

I can't answer if its a good place for a toddler, but I can tell you that they offer an adult-only pool.

MrsFuzzMo: What would be your recommendation for a beach day / pool / umbrella / bar place to crash for the day?

For that type of day we go to MyBar at Sunset House, but the beach isn't important to us, snorkeling is. That's our favorite place to hang out for the day. AWESOME food, at really great prices, cold beer, friendly staff, plenty of space and gorgeous views. There is no beach though. While it's right at the water, it's iron shore, so no sand. They have a "natural pool" as well as a regular pool (not huge, but nice to use to cool off and float around). Our two favorite things to do in GC are snorkel and hang out at an awesome beach (type) bar. This place fits the bill perfectly. (And you can walk from the tender piers).

Best part is, very few cruisers, so you are out of the crowds!

Do they offer a package that would include drinks? We are looking for a Beach day where we could just sit around and drink. We were planning on going to Mr. Sanchos in Coz to do this, but it seems like a lot of people are saying Grand Cayman is better for a beach day and we will find better things to do in Cozumel.
