Favorite bartenders anyone?

Ok, for all you who have sailed on Quantum, do you have any favorite bartender(s), if so, which bar was he/she at and why were they your favorite? For instance, did they do bar tricks, tell jokes........or entertain you in any other way, and did they make a "good" drink as opposed to being stingy with the alcohol?

Susie Q in the Two 70 bar. Made great drinks and was very friendly. She muddled fresh lime, lemons and oranges for my margaritas instead of using sour mix. She was awesome.

I drink scotch and take it neat so the skill of the bartender is a non issue. Michael's had a nice "Dark" Pub-like atmosphere and was the only bar I found that had Lagavulin. All the bartenders in there had stiff slow wrists especially if you tipped over the automatic amount. $40 for a double though so it got quite expensive.

Jesse from Music Hall, friendly made sure we were happy, would spot us from a distance and welcome us with a wave and saving a couple of seats for us...doesn't take much to make us happy...

I'll second the Alison thumbs up. He was in the inside pool bar (which is named Pool Bar....outside pool bar is now Sky Bar). Also a thumbs up to Shawn down in Michaels Genuine.

Another vote for Marly at the Pool Bar!! We visited her daily. Very personable and her drinks were top notch!
