We enjoyed Teppanyaki on the Pearl!

Recommended Posts

I did the same thing on my November Pearl cruise, ate there three times. It was great all three times and the chefs were fantastic....loved the interaction between them and all the singing...made it for a fun entertaining evening. Not to mention the food was awesome!

What sauces did they serve? I don't see the "yummy-yummy" sauce that is popular on the East Coast! It's a mayo-based sauce....so delicious! It's neither mustard or ginger.
One of the other guests ask for this and one of the sauces they served must have been either it or close, because they loved it.

Thanks....Japanese Steakhouses on the W. Coast do NOT serve this sauce, so I was considering bringing some with me! They sell it in our grocery stores, and it comes in rather compact plastic bottles.....normally, I never bring my own "foodstuffs" anywhere, but I simply don't enjoy the other offered sauces!!!

I rarely judge and will say different strokes for different folks...

However, my experience at teppanyaki was horrible

Over salted food and the chef looked like he would have rather been somewhere else

Not to mention 25 drunks having a party at the tables near us

That really didnt effect my opinion of the place since I can tune people out

It was a one time only for me

I will stick to cagney's or le bistro or even the italian place i don't recall the name
