Thank You Emerald Princess

We just returned home from our 7 day Christmas cruise from Houston.

 

We had a great time and there were no issues. The transfer from Hobby airport and check in were smooth. Our stateroom was ready for us. We sailed away within half hour of scheduled time.

 

Our dinner on the first night at the Crown Grill was fantastic as was the service. The food service was good, especially the pizza.

 

The singers and dancers did a great job and special singer Lovena B. Fox was outstanding.

 

The Christmas spirit was in full swing including Christmas carols and Santa Claus.

 

 

Disembarkation was well done with luggage easy to find and the ride back to Hobby went well.

 

All in all an excellent Christmas CRUISE. Full review later.

Andreas is a great guy, we have sailed with him many times.

I saw him on the Ruby in Naples last year and he came down the gangway wearing an all white Austrian ski jacket. It was classic Andreas!!

So glad all went well. Fingers crossed that there will be no fog 2 weeks from tomorrow when we board. We had horrible fog last Monday and again last night here in the Houston area and it will be just our luck...

We were on the Christmas cruise on the Emerald Princess too and it was fabulous. We had excellent weather departing and arriving in Houston and the weather in all three of our ports--Roatan, Belize City and Cozumel--could not have been better. There weren't that many children on the cruise and all that I encountered were behaving wonderfully. I guess they knew that Santa could watch them even at sea! :)
