muirm0710 Posted January 4, 2015 #1 Share Posted January 4, 2015 We are first time cruisers and have booked a cruise in October along with flights and airport transfers all with Royal. We received our flight details yesterday and our return flight to UK from Rome is 17.10. I was wondering what is likely to be the latest time we will be off the ship or will we be looking at a long wait in the airport. Also will we need to collect our luggage on leaving the terminal or will Royal put them straight on to our airport transfer. Thanks for any input. It will help people give you better information.:)

cb at sea Posted January 4, 2015 #4 Share Posted January 4, 2015 You will be off the ship by 10am, in almost all cases. Some of the European itineraries do allow you to stay on the ship for a fee....I don't know if yours is one of them. Sometimes, there are "post cruise" excursions that will kill some time. Nowadays, you will need to claim your own bags.
