Reserving specialty restaurants before boarding

Looked on the Princess website but cannot find any info about reserving a speciality restaurant before we board. Just like to get everything planned out before I go. Anyone have any info?

You cannot book ahead of time, do it after boarding.

Call the Dine Line from your cabin or go in person to the restaurant on the first afternoon.

Reservations can only be made once you are on the ship.

While we could not book before boarding, they did let us make reservations the last night of our first cruise for our second cruise last week on the Caribbean Princess. Anyone doing back-to-back cruises should check into that if they miss out on the first leg.
