Mike Moore Posted February 11, 2015 #4 Share Posted February 11, 2015 Glad you got it resolved. :) For anyone else who's past cruises have disappeared, please follow these instructions below to get them back: To add your Oceania Club number if it is not there already, login at My Account and go to Edit Profile (https://www.oceaniacruises.com/myaccount/edit-profile/). Ensure that you have your name and date of birth complete, and save your profile information. Your Oceania Club information should then populate automatically, including your current level, past sailings, etc. on this page: https://www.oceaniacruises.com/myaccount/oceania-club/. BillK400 Posted February 11, 2015 #14 Share Posted February 11, 2015 New site performance is very frustrating. I cant load my bookings to reserve speciality restaurants. I called and apparently I am not the only one having problems with the site. Grrrrrrrrrrrrr If you cant get the new one working effectively just go back to the old site like you did a few weeks ago! I will attempt to "re-register". Why dont they tell you that when you log in on the "new" site? Some simple communication on the new site would help to reduce frustrations. cruisesoon Posted February 12, 2015 #20 Share Posted February 12, 2015 I had trouble finding my booked cruises but when I put in my full first name and middle initial which matches my passport the information showed up, so make sure you have your name MATCH your passport entirely.
