I did this itinerary this summer and it was awesome. . Went to San Juan for Few days before the cruise and its highlight was the forts. Been to St. Thomas 2x's, once was a jeep tour of the island and sapphire beach. The other was a trip to see trunk bay at St. John's. Barbados was spent on the calabaza and swimming with the turtles (one of my all time favorites). St. Lucia we went zip lining, fun, but wish I went to see the Pitons. St. Kitts we did a tour of the island, had a sick kid, so couldn't enjoy it as much, but remember the batik store as a highlight. St. Martin went to the beach near the cruise port for the last day to just relax. I liked this island the best and would like to go back again. Don't forget to get the guava berry rum.

We enjoy Day Sails at St. Thomas. If you aren't into snorkling, swiming and sailing, then Day Sales in town for the shopping can be fun.

We like to shop in the morning at St. Martin while it is still cool, then eat lunch and hit the beach in the afternoon. They have a lot of nice beaches.

Goggle Palm Court Gardens in St Kitts. Only a 15 minute level walk from port gates and easy to find. Very pleasant gardens, lovely views and pool. Bar/food and a small shop.

You reserve a place online and then pay on arrival. A different and very relaxing day.

the only "must have" is sunscreen...the sun is MUCH, much, MUCH stronger than you'll be used to...You don't want to get a burn, and be miserable for the next 3 days! 1 oz every 2 hours...per adult!

In St. Lucia take a Cosol tour!!! Google this tour. I have forgotten what we paid but it is a 5-6 hour tour and more than worth the $$$. We had photo stops where we got free water soda, beer, rum drinks. We stopped for breakfast with more food than you could imagine. At one early stop a passenger couldn't make up her mind if she should buy a dress so didn't. Toward the end of the tour she decided she did want to buy it and told our driver/tour leader. He took her back and we saw the vendor walking back to her house. He stopped and told her what was wanted. The vendor then went into her house and came back with the dress. We went by boat to a beach for about an hour below the Pitons. ,And there is no such thing as a straight road in St. Lucia! They blow their horn going around turns which are everywhere! We actually took close to 7 hours on our tour but the driver, Baptist, made sure we would not be late getting back to the ship! We will not hesitate to take this tour next time in St. Lucia!

We found this out when our table mate was sent from security getting off wearing cameo shorts. He was told to go change them. Apparently gangs wear these so police could be a problem if you wear them!
