Combine stockholder and current promo?

I tried to do a search but couldn't find... Is Royal Caribbean stockholder obc combinable with the current spring sale of getting beverage pkg, obc, and gratuities on a veranda or higher European sailing in summer, 2015? Am I correct that you're referring to this sale/promo as 123?

 

I'm a RCCL regular but brand new to Celebrity so trying to figure things out.

They will give you the option of either / or but not both.

 

They use to allow multiple dipping but it went away about 4 years ago.

Irrespective of what you think the rules are...or the advice given here...always request the stockholder credit. You have nothing to lose. Let them figure it out.
