Wine/Vodka/Rum Coolers

Does anyone know if they have coolers (bottle drinks) on Solstice ships? I didn't think to ask on Summit but don't recall seeing anyone drinking any.

 

If they have them do you know if they are covered under any drink package? I have the Classic package for my cruise on Reflection in two weeks but considering an upgrade to Premium once I board.

My wife was able to drink 'Smirnoff Ice" on Eclipse in January. Not sure if it was at CLASSIC level, as we had Premium.

The only Smirnoff Ice I found on Eclipse in Mar was the black, none of the flavored ones
