How to get MLife to match your RCI status?

We are Diamond on RCI and want our status matched to Gold with MLife. We are going to Vegas in 2 weeks. I have written to comments@mlife.com and had not response. I called the MLife phone number and was told the supervisor could do that and I would get Gold status. 2 days later....nothing. How do you get them to align your status???? I need it done soon. Thank you!

I called them on the phone .. It took a couple days to get it all sorted out. But when I was in vegas a couple weeks ago, they did in fact give me my new card matching the status. Of course, there were zero tier points on it. but you get all the perks of that level.

Do we get reverse with RC, will they match our mlife level? We are going on our 1st cruise this summer.

I called on the phone too after the email did nothing, and they said the supervisor had to do it. Maybe 2 days hasn't been long enough? I will call tomorrow and check again.

Also, if you guys are on facebook, or someone traveling with you is there is a game you can play on fb and your phones that allows you to earn free stuff in Vegas, we save on avg 500-750 each time we go..including great tickets to Cirque show..game is myvegas slots.

We play MyVegas and cash in big time every time we go! It is an awesome free program!

Call or email Crown and Anchor. I just emailed them. They require full name, address, DOB, gender, MLife number and current booking number if you are already booked. I received an email a few days later containing my Crown and Anchor membership information.

When I joined MLife it was just a matter of calling MLifes toll free number that is on their website. They enrolled me over the phone and they also have access to Royals C&A database as they were able to pull up my account and confirmed that I was Platinum at the time.

It sounds like things have been simplified since I did the request with Mlife about a year and a half ago. They had me print out my C&A page that showed my level and bring it to the casino. Then I had to wait 48 hours until they could verify the information and issue my new Mlife card. Apparently they can do it right away now by accessing the C&A database.

At MGM all we did was show our latest RCI ship card at the MLife desk and they signed us up on the spot (our old cards weren't working so we had to stop there anyway). Also works if you are higher level at an Ameristar resort.

I am only Gold with C&A with 10 points, but I am Platinum with MLife. Am I to understand I could be automatically bumped up to a higher C&A tier because of this???

You know about your free Plat cruise and additional plat benefits, right?

I just got off the phone with Royal..you need to call them and connect your mlife and have them verify on phone..also if you are platnuim on royal you will be on mlife but if you are platuim on milfe you won't automatically be platnuim on royal.

 

Example we are pearl on mlife but are only gold with RC.

Yea, the shorter cruise or discount deal. We actually were Noir, but were unable to take the free week cruise due to work issues - and it only allowed Caribbean anyways which is getting old.

 

This cruise is via a casino deal.

I was a new Diamond with RCI last May.

 

I did the status match in June with MLife and they handled it within 2 hours of my email. My Gold status showed immediately when logging in to MLife.

 

I had an issue that I did not think of. Prior to my first TA sailing on Legend in September I printed out a membership card from the MLife website showing the gold status.

 

When I presented this on Legend and then later on my October Oasis TA, the casino manager contacted the C&A MLife desk and I was confirmed to get the free cash advances and such.

 

Then, when on the Quantum TA in November, they insisted I was not gold with MLife. I went online and they were correct.

 

My status had went back down from the 1st of November with MLife. I had not been to Vegas during this time frame.

 

I re-sent the same email and within again within one hour I was MLife Gold again.

 

Another tip is that once you are Gold with MLife, you can also do an automated status match with Hyatt Hotels and gain benefits with them as well. I just had to do this again as well.

 

So, The MLife and Hyatt benefits seem to convert back to basic status if you do not use them or they need to be renewed annually.

Mlife status is good from Oct 1 to Sept 30 each year but say you reach gold in July 2015 you will be hold thru Sept 2016.
