We are booked on our first Princess cruise for 1/14/16 partial transit Panama Canal
Can you not use an Ipad to view the ships excursions by port?

Not a problem. I can view Princess excursions on my iPad Air 2 for cruises that have excursions open for booking.

Excursion bookings usually open 75 days before sailing. That timeframe can vary.

Yes, you can view them, but they probably will not be available until this summer or even early autumn

As others have posted, the excursions for your cruise are not yet ready for booking and if you look at your cruise in Cruise Personalizer no tours will show. However, if you search for cruises and select your cruise, you will be able to see typical tours for your cruise when you select Ports and Excursions. That works fine on my iPad.
