There is no B479 cabin on the Caribbean Princess. Do you mean B429? Almost every balcony category cabin has the same interior layout and space. B429 is no different than say B247. The only difference is the location on the ship. More toward mid ship the higher the price. B429 will accommodate up to 4 passengers and there will be pull down bunk beds recessed into the ceiling. Balcony Cat. cabins on deck 10 have double size balconies, 9'x9'.

Actually the cabin number is b757 or b 749. They are the last cabins on the back of the ship

We were in B749 on CB last March out of Houston. Loved the cabin. Great balcony. Much larger than even the vaunted Caribe balconies. View of the wake was fantastic.

 

Is it worth the extra money? That's your call since I don't know the price points or your financial situation. Suffice it to say, we would pay the difference again.

The cabin was exceptionally quiet.
