smeck Posted April 6, 2015 #1 Share Posted April 6, 2015 Has anyone stayed in a window suite on the CB? Noticed they have a good deal on one and considering one on Deck 6. How's the noise from the deck above which I think is the casino. Any Thoughts it's a two week European cruise.
capriccio Posted April 6, 2015 #2 Share Posted April 6, 2015 Has anyone stayed in a window suite on the CB? Noticed they have a good deal on one and considering one on Deck 6. How's the noise from the deck above which I think is the casino. Any Thoughts it's a two week European cruise. See this recent thread: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=2187596. As I noted in my post on that thread we really enjoyed our WS (F309) on our BI cruise on the Caribbean Princess in 2013. No problem with smoke and the only noise was during one night. Bring ear plugs just in case. We would book the WS again without a second thought.

seattlec5 Posted April 6, 2015 #6 Share Posted April 6, 2015 We've done one on this ship and really liked it. Wish there were more of these throughout the fleet. Never smelled cigarette smoke or heard noise from people. Only down side is noise from the stabilizers in choppy sea, but if you're not a light sleeper this isn't an issue. Great cabin for cooler weather port intensive cruises where your not likely to use a balcony much.
caribill Posted April 7, 2015 #7 Share Posted April 7, 2015 (edited) Wish there were more of these throughout the fleet. When they were first added (as a way of increasing revue), Princess had a hard time getting them booked. Now, as a couple of threads indicate, they are quite popular but do not usually command suite -like prices. Really no financial incentive for Princess to add them on other ships.
