Also, does anyone know if the Pinot Grigio or Pinot Noir has gone over $10?

 

On the Dream earlier this month there were at least two Pinot Grigios under $10.... Ecco Domani and Zonin, I believe.

How does program work on embarkation day for the Splendor out of NY? Website says Cheers can't be purchased until in international waters, with that being the case is it worth buying the first day?

The drinks you buy before you purchase the Cheers package will be credited. Make sure you purchase them on each person in the cabin's card or at least five minutes apart or they won't credit those. DH and I bought two drinks on just his card, and since they weren't purchased five minutes apart - they wouldn't credit the one.

That's not true, we purchased the Cheers program as soon as we boarded the ship, there is a table set up no more than 10 feet from dunking your sign & sail card upon boarding where you can sign up. We were on the program before the ship moved!
