Work on Allure has begun it appears

Looking at Port Everglade Webcam and it appears work has begun on the secret/public balconies on decks 11, 12 and 14. Tarps seem to be covering these balconies.

That is because it is a 5 hour time difference, not a 4 hour time difference between Ireland and Florida.

 

Try again after 10.30pm and you should hopefully see Allure leave :)

10.30pm approximately UK time as person who asked is in Ireland and wanted to know in their local time as they were unclear on time difference.
