Pinnacle and 5 star

We became 5 star after our last cruise in January. We know we are now entitled to 2 Pinnacle dinners per cruise. Our next cruise is on Prinsendam......believe we get 3 as there is no spa.

 

Our question is...

The cruise is actually 3 segments. The first two (35 days) are linked as a Collectors voyage and we have a separate booking# for the final 14 days.

 

Will we get the free Pinnacle dinners each segment?....therefore could get 9 during the 49 days?

You won't get double 5* benefit on the Collectors Cruise but if you 'make a good case' at the Front Office for the third segment which has a different Confirmation Number you have a decent chance.

 

Collectors Cruises with one confirmation number are considered one cruise.

Thank you...thought that might be how it would work....I was just wondering, because we have done several Colllectors before and on each segment we have been invited to Wine tasting as 4 star, been invited to Mariners receptions award ceremony etc.

We have also been invited both segments to various events when on Collectors but never got double Pinnacle. There certainly is no harm in asking. It is such a lengthy cruise they may say okay.

We have had similar experiences with collector's cruises, lots of parties for each segment but only 1 free Pinnacle dinner.

Three per person for the Collectors cruise plus three per person for the separate booking cruise.

 

Just make sure the Front Office informs the Night Auditor. If any problem, tell them to contact the Mariner Society.

We had 2 different confirmations for our recent Zuiderdam cruises.

We got 2 free Pinnacle dinners for each cruise.

Since the Prinsendam doesn't have a spa, you will get only 3 Pinnacle dinners for the Collectors Cruise and 3 for the other segment.

The ship where we had the most parties for Collectors is Eurodam. It was wonderful. We even had a suite farewell party last night in Pinnacle Bar with all open bar and hot nibbles and treats. NA also offered a few really nice parties for Collectors.

 

We never got double Five * Complimentary Pinnacle Dinners but that was fine. When we have had two confirmation numbers (b-to-b) we get double.

It was the Noordam. We had 2 mariner receptions, 2 mariner luncheons, 2 captain's dinners, 2 receptions for Pres. Club, 5* and suite passengers (1 set of each for each of the segments) but only 1 free Pinnacle dinner (except the captain's dinner)
