Great bathroom! It seems larger than most of the cruise ship bathrooms I've seen. I know we would appreciate the space.

Funny, that hasn't happened to me. I'm with Mic on the desserts! I have no idea how I have managed to not gain weight on our cruises because all I have to do is look at food at home and I'm packing on the pounds.

Don't worry, I pack them on when aboard as well.

What class cabin did you have? I love the storage in the bathroom. We did have an auto night light in our Summit Aqua cabin above the toilet. Nice feature.

It was Sunset Veranda # 7364 . It's below Aqua and Concierge but has the same size bathroom and cabin space , at a lower price .

However it has a wider balcony and an aft view . Compare the red arrow balcony to the one next door .

The bathroom photos look larger because of the wide angle lens used . Our eyes are fooled into thinking that the ceiling and floor are part the height of the wall , instead of overhead and underfoot .

Celebrity made very good use of the space with the many little cubby - holes .

7364? Is that a regular veranda cabin? A 2A or 1A maybe? What's behind that wider wall I wonder? I'll have to keep that cabin in mind for future bookings, have never booked aft but that one looks nice without the extra cost of CC or Aqua.

Loving this review and all the pics!! I check for updates daily!

I like all the little "cubby holes" too on the "S" class.....so many have complained about lack of storage but if you actually utilize all those cubbies around the room you should be fine...if you are a normal packer....at least that's what we thought....and the bathrooms are really roomy for normal balcony cabin....oh and LOVED your balcony.....those extra feet make a difference for sure!!:)

All S class cabins, inside, oceanview and balcony, are all the same size, big.

Family cabins and suites are larger.

Normal balconies are of a good size they have room for two recliner chairs and a table that's big enough to dine from. Some balconies are larger eg side of the hump balconies, some aft balconies and of course suites.

On the deck plan the SV , 1A ,1B and 2B are all listed at 194 ' cabin and 54 ' balcony on our deck . My wife said that she saw a skinny storage area between us and # 7362 that ran from the hall to the wider wall outside . But we never heard any noise from that area ( behind our headboard ) . :) :D

We had a papa , a mama and a little , baby suitcase with no storage problems . And Silverlocks said that the bed and the balcony was " just right " . ;)

We were on this cruise and seeing these pictures makes me so glad we have booked to do it all over again next April.

We couldn't wait ! So we booked a TA from Southampton , on the Caribbean Princess ! And thus some of the comparisons to the CB . :) :D

Note : The standard balcony is about 8.5 ' wide and 6.3 ' deep and #7364 was 11.3 ' wide and 6.3 ' wide for a total of 71 sq. ft .

A little about Bilbao :

DSC03030_zpsxeyibui0.jpg

The local EMS was there to meet and greet us

The Guggenheim Museum was closed on our day in port , but open to cruise ship shore excursions . Not being fans of modern art or high priced local guides , we choose to DIY , and bought tickets on the shuttle bus . The port is at Getxo , about half an hours ride on the bus .

The bus let us off near Plaza Moyua

Our plan was quite simple . Walk from black # 23 , down Lopez de Haro to black # 11 , Casco Viejo . Later , follow the river North and West to blue # 9 and the funicular . Then continue to follow the river to yellow # 7 , the Guggenheim , and have lunch near there .

We found Bilbao interesting, more than we expected. We did do a ship excursion there, the only one on the cruise. It did not include the Guggenheim for the same reasons you listed and also because that was $99 per person....more than a bit pricey to us.... The excursion we took included part of downtown Bilbao and then a short ride to the village of Castro Urdiales, which was very interesting....anyway it was a nice port and if we are there again will do pretty much what you planned....a nice "walkabout." :)

I like the detailed maps of the city that you have put in. just wondering if they were photos of the map or scanned in. They have come up well.:D

Photographed and enlarged from the much larger map . Fortunately , there were no folds or creases in the area enlarged . The little Sony pocket cam does a great job on close ups , like food ! But I'm still wait for edible photos and smellavision for the food porn !! ;)
