CC Members List

I've been searching the Members List trying to find some people we've met in the past. Even though I know they've posted several times on CC in the past, I just can't find them. The 'List' only shows 23k members, yet I suspect there are many, many more. Or, maybe I'm not getting the complete list?? Does anyone have a clue as to whether CC deletes a member if they haven't submitted for a certain period of time.... Or - can someone have their user name deleted upon request? Just curious.

Many names will not show up on the list until they have made at least 300 posts.

There are member who join -- make a few posts and then never come back.

K.. Just found one thing... the 23k members I mentioned were for that one letter of the alphabet that I picked - so there are obviously thousands of people on the boards (millions?). Same Q though.. does CC delete members who haven't posted for a specific period of time?

Are you using the search members function on the Members List page? http://boards.cruisecritic.com/memberlist.php You need only know part of the member's name to get results. Toberman could be found by inputting, tober, berman, erman, etc. The better your memory the fewer the results you will have to wade through.

so is the 300 posts is a minimum to get listed? That would explain a lot.
