Going from 92 and humid today

to Alaska/San Francisco in 50's/60's.....

 

Not sure how my body will perceive the temps. Feel like I might be oversensitive to cold. My office today was 84 degrees...and humid...not fun!

 

Definitely have to pack some lightweight ls fleece tops...

 

I do feel like I'll want to wear shorts with a long sleeve top, like I do in October here in NJ..

When I go from hot to cold, it makes me itch!...Yikes! 60's isn't so bad...but 50's is chilly!

Don't worry about it. Layers are your friend. I often wear shorts with warm long sleeved tops at times. ;)

I live in the cold Northeast and go from temperatures in the teens F numerous times a winter to FLL and the Caribbean and back home a few weeks later. Millions do it annually with no issue and you should be fine.

 

This past winter we had about 10 feet of snow. Anyone who was able to get out of the northeast and get to warm climate, certainly welcomed it. :)

iron transfusions...so that is partially why I am sensitive to cold....

 

today my office was 85......so thrilled I only have ot get thru 5 more days of

I don't need iron transfusions, and I am still sensitive to cold ;) AND we live in a climate that is more cold than warm. As OCruisers said, think "layers". And if you have a chance to pick up a pashmina-type thing, consider that as an additional layer. In my case, if my arms are cold, ALL of me is cold!
