Clarea is this still being answered? Just asking because last cruise in April I got no response when I used it. Just wondering. Does it depend on the ship? Usually I get a canned response at least that it is being passed on to the ship but last time got nothing back.

I've not tried lately, but I used it successfully early this year.

I used it in April this year and while I did not get a response this time, my request was fulfilled.

 

I did think it was strange to not get a reply, since that has always happened in the past.

I've had good luck with 3-4 weeks before the cruise.

I give them my booking number, cruise sail date, ship, seating time, names and cabin numbers. I usually wait till we are about two weeks out.

Give full names, stateroom numbers, booking numbers.

I've successfully used this email address for several cruises until our last one in March. While I did get a personalized response telling me almost exactly where we'd be, we were surprised to be seated in a completely different spot. Our dining room experience on that cruise was less than what we've come to expect but I'm not losing faith and will try the email address again.

I emailed and got a response and confirmation within a half hour. Have done this before and it does work!
