on line check in "in progress"

Hi! This is my first time cruising with Royal Caribbean. I have "completed" the online check in 3 times now. Our online check-in still shows "In Progress". We are taking 2 kids with us. They keep showing up as "incomplete". I have gone into the cruise contract under my husband's name and accepted the terms on behalf of my kids, then it shows "complete", then I print a new setsail pass for all of us, then the next time I log in and look at the status it shows "In Progress" again :/

what am i missing? :confused: thanks!

Welcome to Cruise Critic. The only thing you are missing is all the threads on the Royal Caribbean board about what a complete disaster their website is. If you can print your set sail pass and all the information on it is correct you are fine.
