Buffet offerings similar fleet-wide?

A few months ago, we enjoyed our very first Celebrity cruise aboard beautiful Solstice. We absolutely loved the made-to-order Eggs Benedict at breakfast and the bountiful ice cream bar complete with toppings, for dessert in the buffet. My question is, are these items available on every, or on most ships? Funny how a little thing like this can make you feel... like we really enjoyed this... :D:D:D

But should add that the M class buffets generally leave a lot to be desired as compared to the S class buffets IMHO. Overall fewer options, less convenient to use, etc.. But within a class (M or S) the buffets are very similar with very similar offerings.

DH loves Eggs Benedict and has enjoyed many on various Celebrity cruises. He went recently on Eclipse and ordered them. They came cold on untoasted muffin. He said they were the worst EB he has ever had and never went back. Could be that the guy making them had no idea of what they were. He needed to change his attitude also. Maitre'D was consulted and offered to make a new one.

It's worth pointing out that Summit may have some variations, as she is often used to test out new concepts before fleetwide roll-out.

Cool! We'll be sailing her next month. I read that in the buffet they now have small containers of food in the buffet rather than serving yourself from a large tray. Is that indeed the case?

I recall it was that way for desserts and some stations had a server spoon your food. But there was still quite a bit where you'd use a spoon or tongs to serve yourself. I remember, because I was constantly having to go around the steel bars for the sneeze guard.
