Can you log in to your NCL account?

Recommended Posts

You may have to clear cookies or browsing history. First try Firefox (vs explorer) or possibly Crome browsers. I can't get explorer to completely "clear" without clearing all the cookies and browsing history, so I just use it to look at deck plans etc. of course if the site is down you would have the same result.

It's not a clearing cookies issue though....it's on NCL's end. I tried on several browsers...I have gotten on but it's not stable still.

I can log in and can see my itinerary and stuff already booked. What I CAN'T do is book ANYTHING else! I keep getting an error message saying

 

Guest #2 Missing Voyage Fare - Guest ****

Guest #1 Missing Voyage Fare - Guest ****

Guest #2 Missing Government Tax Fare - Guest ****

Guest #1 Missing Government Tax Fare - Guest ****

 

Doesn't matter what browser I use......same problem.

 

Been like that all day! Frustrating!
