Can you log in to your NCL account?

I am trying to see if my cruise port times have changed and I can't get logged in. It just keeps going back to the main log in screen.

I am having the exact same problem! Can't log onto my existing reservation at all. Very odd.

I had the same, just when you get back to the login screen directly log back in again without reloading the page. After the second or third time it always works for me.

The website has been almost totally unusable for me today and yesterday...both trying to log in and just using things like the cruise finder.

You may have to clear cookies or browsing history. First try Firefox (vs explorer) or possibly Crome browsers. I can't get explorer to completely "clear" without clearing all the cookies and browsing history, so I just use it to look at deck plans etc. of course if the site is down you would have the same result.

It's not a clearing cookies issue though....it's on NCL's end. I tried on several browsers...I have gotten on but it's not stable still.

This has actually been happening to me for a bit over a week now. I just keep trying until it works. And I have tried multiple computers too.

I have no problems on safari, but can't on google chrome.

I can log in and can see my itinerary and stuff already booked. What I CAN'T do is book ANYTHING else! I keep getting an error message saying

Doesn't matter what browser I use......same problem.

ugh, been trying all day to log in and it just keeps refreshing to the log in page. I sail Sat. and kind of would like to look over everything once again. I am getting super annoyed.
