Meeting place onboard for private tours

For those who go on private tours, what is your favorite spot to meet up prior to disembarking the ship for the tour?

 

One of the places we like to meet on Solstice class is the Passport Bar.

 

What about on M Class such as Grand Foyer or near Guest Relations, or someplace else?

nice place to meet, close to gangplank, places to sit & wait.

Generally we find the area around Guest Relations and Passport bars can be crowded with groups meeting so we normally use the Martini Bar as the meeting place.

The Celebrity tent right off the gangway is good, too. There's usually not many people around there.

We have also found that the Martini Bar is a great place to assemble for a private excursion on a M-class ship.

We have met at the Shore Excursions sales desk and the Library (for small group).

We usually meet at some designated spot off of the ship. That way, when everyone is there we can go.

We usually meet at Café al Bacio before heading out on our excursions!
