Formal Nights

Can anyone please tell me what nights are formal nights on a 7 night Alaska cruise?

I was thinking day 2 and day 6, because those are not port days, but someone else had posted that the second one was on day 5. Day 5 is a port day and an afternoon port day at that.

We have never cruised with Celebrity before, so I just needed clarification.

Typically the second night and the night before the last night.

 

They will not have a formal night on the last night, so they do it the night before regardless of whether that is a sea day or port day.

jenninlaca last week posted in their thread just of the Infinity r/t Vancouver that the formal nights were 2 and 6.

On 7 day cruises Celebrity tries to have them on day 2 and day 6 and they very often have formal nights on port days so that is not really an indicator.

A little off topic, but can anyone tell me how many formal nights are on a 10 day cruise and when would they be (used to be 3 but not sure if that's changed).

 

Thanks for your help...would like to plan specialty dining nights.
