On the Carnival Conquest Real Time

Boarded the Conquest on Sunday - itinerary St. Marten, St Kitt, San Juan and Grand Turks -

it has been a very nice cruise - food is good - balcony cabin nice, ship full. It is Tuesday, morning and we just found out the there is another storm, ERIKA, that is threatening the islands we are suppose to visit. The captain came on the to let us know that they are making a decision on this afternoon if we will change itinerary. We are have some cloudy skies and some rough seas - probably from the end of Danny. I will be very surprised if we do not change - the question is where will be go? Also to let everyone know the WIFI package is great. Will update later.

just found out the our ship will be docking in Puerto Rico this evening at 7pm and will be here until tomorrow at 3pm - then we will be going to grand turks on Thursday and after that we will either go to Nassau or their island. So we will not be going to st marten or st kitt. See what happens with Erika after tomorrow - still have fun and this will be good

Have you seen the band that plays at the casino bar? If so, how are they? What's the band's name?

Good sttitude as noone can predict weather. Sounds like they came up with a good plan. I will be on Conquest in Nov so glad to hear the internet is good. Are you able to use the hub app?

The hub app is ONLY on the Breeze, according to the many internet threads and Carnival's website.

 

Conquest didn't have the "new" internet package when I was on her 5/31. We did this (original) itinerary. Sorry you're missing St Kitts, but St Martin isn't my favorite, while the original time in San Juan isn't nearly long enough. I'd be delighted to get an unscheduled over-night there!

 

I do like her, though. Like the Impressionist art theme.

Hope the weather holds out for you. We are going on the same cruise next month.

SOOOO OP.... Need something to do with your layover? On the day we got of last November, I put a coin of some sort on top of the lights above the mirror in the mens room - lido aft. Seems like it was aft of the restaurant and before the pool. Wondering if it is still there. On the right side, closest to the door, on the top of the bar the lights screw in to...

 

Why you may ask?? We were originally planning to be back on this November with the kids, but ended up changing our plans so we won't be able to retrieve it. Just board waiting for our number to be called and wasting some time. If you get a chance and it happens to still be there I'd be curious!

We will be boarding the Conquest on Oct 4th. With Grand Turk, La Romana (hope it will be changed to Amber Cove as the Victory will dock there on Oct 6th...that is when it will be open and we will be in DR on the 7th.) Curacao, Aruba Love your postings.....hope your cruise will continue to be exciting minus the bad weather..... Be safe.

don't know anything or heard anything about water running down a hallway. We are I grand turks know will be leaving in about one hour weather beautiful was here with the carnival sunshine. done know where we go from here have not heard a word. a lot of speculation. will inform later

I hope you are able to enjoy your cruise even with the itinerary change! I'm curious about the internet plan you are using. Can you tell me more about it? Which of the three plans did you choose and how much did you pay? I'll be on the Conquest for the September 5th sailing and I have been debating on getting the social internet package. Any info you could give would be greatly appreciated! Hope you enjoy the rest of your trip!:)
