On the Prinsendam, Vista ships, and Signature ships, every cabin has a mini-bar.

The Zuiderdam is a Vista ship.

HAL has recently raised the prices of the Bar Drinks so the list of the prices of the No Host Mini Bar below may have gone up as well. But it will give you an idea of what items cost.

Yes, you can have it emptied for your own use. The temperature in the cooler is about 25 deg. below room temp. Not cold. You will have a bucket of ice in your room and you can get it refilled on a schedule if you need it more frequently.
