Martini Tastings

It has been a few years since I sailed Princess and I'm getting things confused with NCL and Celebrity. :confused:I know that Princess offers wine-tasting opportunities during some sea days but I can't remember if martini-tastings are also an option. We are booked on the Ruby Hawaiian Christmas cruise and it would be nice to have this as an option during sea days.

I've been to the martini tastings/demonstrations on Princess. On the Pacific Princess it was held in the Club bar. On the larger ships it's usually held in the atrium, on Deck 5. There's usually a "bar wars" out by the pool. If you volunteer to make a cocktail, you get to drink if afterwards.

Yes, that's a martini demonstration, not what the OP wants...

Princess does not have a real martini sample assortment like Celebrity does. The atrium demo isn't the same. Love the 6 mini martini flavors served on Celebrity - wish Princess would do something similar. But then, Princess doesn't have an iced martini bar surface either. Maybe on one of their future ships.....

No, Princess doesn't offer that. They do offer a free stuffed olive sampler.

Princess has Martini demo's,but if you sit/stand close to the demo you may get chosen to taste them.

Of course you can go on a Martini tasting of your own:) if your particular ship has Crooner's bar, I believe they have over 50+ types of Martini's. You can also order any drink in Crooner's and get the stuffed olives(a few kinds to choose from) as an appetizer-complimentary.
