Website glitch since maintenance

Hello all

First off, thank you for suggestions, assistance, and just being there in our anxious moments.

Our cruise has been cancelled (Grand Voyage, North American Escapade - Vancouver to Montreal) due to maritime laws between Canada and USA. This was why the booking cancelled message on the Oceania website under our account, and then why the cruise was no longer showing in the itineraries.

We are now on two cruises (Vancouver - New York, and New York - Montreal) for the same dates, and we at last can now see this in our account on the Oceania website.

So going back to the original website maintenance glitches for this email chain, in hindsight ours was a bit more than just a website glitch and wasn't a maintenance problem !!!

Other than maybe timing between the cancellation action being done in the US, and New Zealand 'closed' for the long weekend and no communication of the change having reached our us or our Travel Agent.

Again thanks to you all, and keep up the great support to us.

Mary

Very popular combo every year. The last Alaska cruise, Vancouver to San Francisco, thence to New York, thence to Montreal -- three B2B cruises which O collapsed into a GV. Or tried to.

There is a spot to add your booking number where is says no booked cruises ...that may work for you

The GV is still on the US website

https://www.oceaniacruises.com/grand-voyage-cruises/vancouver-to-new-york-REG160821A/?sr=%2Fcruise-finder%2F%23sailDates%3D2016|08%23destinations%3Dgrandvoyages%23ships%3DREG

Worked for us. Try it.
