BugsyCruiser Posted November 3, 2015 Author #233 Share Posted November 3, 2015 My cabin is an obstructed view balcony, E428. The room is small but still nice. Balcony is decently sized. Sent from my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 using Tapatalk

ar1950 Posted November 3, 2015 #235 Share Posted November 3, 2015 (edited) I just checked the web cam and it's focused on a yellow vessel. I guess we won't be able to see Regal until it passes during sail away? I'm not familiar with the point of view of the Port Everglades web can. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk If someone hasn't already mentioned it you may want to watch both of these cams: http://www.ftlauderdalewebcam.com/ http://portevergladeswebcam.com/ Edited November 3, 2015 by ar1950

senior lady Posted November 3, 2015 #237 Share Posted November 3, 2015 Hotel prices are a bit high for the two nights prior to the November 8th sailing. I like the Hyatt and Doubletree, but both are upwards of $500.00/night. I think there is some international boat show that weekend driving up prices. Sent from my Samsung Galaxy Note5 using Tapatalk I find the prices for hotels in Fort Lauderdale are expensive all the time now.

WISH84 Posted November 3, 2015 #247 Share Posted November 3, 2015 Does someone have a better link to watch the sail away from other than the pier cam? I'm thinking there might be one over by the condo's?? Not sure how much of the group we will be able to see from this pier cam. Thanks.

BugsyCruiser Posted November 3, 2015 Author #249 Share Posted November 3, 2015 My balcony obstruction is not seeing the water when I look down but straight out is no obstruction at all. I would be fine with this cabin :) Sent from my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 using Tapatalk
gambee Posted November 3, 2015 #250 Share Posted November 3, 2015 i would not call that an obstruction, it seems like most new build have some sort of blockage of a straight down ocean view. Excellent view. I wont make it in time to see you depart. But I will be on commercial beach, I usually get a good view from there of the ships :) I really hope that Princess can provide a stable internet connection for your review.
