One week today till we board Dawn Princess. Dunedin on Sunday 15th :)

Just a tip for you when sailing out from Dunedin......

When you sail out past Taiaroa Heads, about 30 minutes after leaving the wharf, the cliffs you pass are the breeding grounds for the Albatross. In the above pic, the land in the foreground is the fenced off conservation area for them . If you are up on deck you should be able to see a few nesting birds or some of the chicks waiting for their parents to return with food .

ps...The cliffs will be on the starboard side.
